Job Description

You are being offered a full-time position as a Customer Support Executive in Bangalore. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates to apply for this role. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in the telecom and banking sectors. You should be proficient in English as it is mandatory for all roles. Additionally, knowledge of any one or more of the following languages will be beneficial: Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali. The work schedule may vary between 5 or 6 working days per week based on the project, with 1 or 2 rotational week offs or a fixed Sunday off depending on the process. The salary for this position ranges from 12,500 to 20,000 Take Home, with performance-based incentives up to 2,000 available in select roles. The final salary will be determined based on your communication skills, experience, language proficiency, and interview performance. Graduates are preferred for most roles, while undergraduates are accepted for selected positions. Good communication skills in English and selected regional languages, basic computer knowledge, and willingness to work in rotational shifts and offs are essential requirements. Your key responsibilities will include answering customer calls or messages professionally, resolving queries regarding telecom or banking services, providing accurate information to maintain customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, and meeting performance targets including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
