Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor KPIs to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Provide assistance to customers in using our products and services.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with sales teams.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • BBA, B.Com, MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Decent communication skills & interpersonal skills.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
