You have to collaborate with internal teams to optimize credit processes and policies, providing leadership and support to branch credit officers and analysts. Additionally, Credit Managers play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the credit department.
