Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Credit Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a strong background in credit monitoring and analysis. Roles and Responsibility
Regularly monitor loan portfolios and conduct credit monitoring committee meetings.
Track parameters as laid down for the credit monitoring unit and publish reports and dashboards.
Lead a team of analysts and perform portfolio modeling and analysis.
Interact with field teams on violations and prepare root cause analyses for deviations noted for DC proceedings.
Identify stress accounts and recommend actions, while continuously monitoring events related to borrower accounts.
Conduct annual reviews of accounts and report actionable items to various authorities.

Job
MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree.
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of RBI & MFIN circulars.
Experience in product and process knowledge, along with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of analysts.
Familiarity with microfinance business operations and regulations.
