To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in interior design or a related field, coupled with 5 to 8 years of solid experience in interior design, particularly focusing on home interior design projects. Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to forge lasting client relationships are prerequisites for this role.
