Creative Head

As a UI/UX Team Lead / Creative Head at Seventh Triangle, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and creative designs. Collaborating closely with product, project, and development teams, as well as with C-suite Executives, you will be responsible for presenting rationale for design decisions grounded in data. Your role will involve providing comprehensive design assets for handoff to developers and ensuring the quality of design work throughout the development process. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt quickly to new challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all phases of design projects, from documenting workflows and user flows to creating wireframes and building user interfaces. - Create and present ideation, designs, and approaches to clients and prospects. - Lead, mentor, and empower a team of designers to ensure high-quality outputs while fostering a collaborative work environment. - Understand brand DNA and ideate designs to enhance the overall user experience for different brands. - Review and critique design work produced by the team, providing constructive feedback to maintain quality standards. - Work closely with developers and clients to define and implement the required design. - Prepare detailed design specifications and assets for a smooth handoff to development teams, ensuring clarity and understanding. - Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to comprehend business objectives and present design concepts and proposals. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts & Design, or related field. - 4-5 years of experience working as a UI/UX designer and/or manager in a cross-functional UI/UX team. - Portfolio showcasing design projects. - Strong team and time management skills. - Team spirit and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. - Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision. - Ability to take ownership of work and deliver exceptional design. - Expertise in UX interaction and design principles, including rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns, and annotated comps. - Passion for extraordinary design. - Excellent project management and communication skills to ensure deadlines are met. - Analytical and creative mindset to understand user needs and solve problems effectively.
