Position: Technical Lead- React JS Experience: 6 -8 Years Location: Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Joiners Key Responsibilities: Design and development of user interfaces using ReactJS along with CornerStone.JS. Collaborate with Technical Lead, product managers, designers, and backend developers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to UI development. Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Develop and integrate DICOM viewersinto our healthcare solutions, ensuring compatibility and performance. Optimize DICOM viewer performancefor various devices and platforms. Ensure compliance with healthcare standardsand regulations related to medical imaging and data security.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience working on digital products, additional perks if you have worked on B2B products. Portfolio showcasing your proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences, reflecting the synthesis of good visual and interaction design principles. Well-versed in using design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, inVision, Principle, Adobe Suite) to create top notch products and deliverables. In-depth knowledge of native behavior of iOS, android design patterns and responsive web design standards. Cherry on top if you have prior experience in creating micro-interactions and animations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate your ideas with stakeholders. Effective at managing your time and maintain quality of deliverables. Experience working with cross functional teams effectively and provide (and accept) constructive design feedback.
