Creative Designer

You will be joining Fusion Factor as a Creative Designer based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Your role as a Creative Designer will require a keen eye for visual storytelling and a deep passion for design. Your primary responsibilities will involve the creation of captivating visuals for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, branding materials, and marketing campaigns. It is essential for you to be proficient in Figma, possess strong graphic design skills, and have experience in video editing for digital content. Your key responsibilities will include designing engaging graphics tailored for digital platforms including web, social media, ads, and email campaigns. You will collaborate on UI/UX mockups and prototypes using Figma, and be involved in editing short-form videos and motion graphics for reels, ads, and presentations. Additionally, you will play a role in developing brand identities and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. Working closely with the marketing and web development teams, you will contribute to executing creative strategies effectively. To be successful in this role, you are required to have at least 3 years of experience in graphic or digital design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential. You should also have a strong working knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design collaboration and experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software. A well-curated portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and video work is a must to demonstrate your capabilities. Attention to detail, creativity, and effective time management are key traits that will contribute to your success in this role.,
