Creative & Content Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Product & Website Content:

  Write clear, accurate, and persuasive product descriptions, feature highlights, and category content, especially tailored for second-hand electronics/mobile phones.

• Campaign & Promotional Copy:

  Develop engaging copy for banners, emailers, push notifications, and SMS campaignsaligned with marketing briefs and promotional plans.

• Social Media Content:

  Ideate and draft content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms including post captions, hashtags, video scripts, and story ideas.

• Creative Coordination:

  Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers to ensure all creatives are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives.

• Brand Voice & Consistency:

  Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

• Content Planning & Calendars:

  Assist in building monthly content calendars across digital touchpoints, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with campaign timelines.

• SEO & Keyword Optimization:

  Use SEO principles to optimize product content and improve organic visibility where relevant.

• Market Trends & Competitor Research:

  Stay updated on content trends, viral formats, and competitor content strategies to keep our communication fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing
• Strong command over written English; ability to adapt tone for different platforms
• Experience with e-commerce, consumer tech, or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Familiarity with Canva, basic image editing, or content management tools is an advantage
• Creative thinker, collaborative team player, and strong attention to detail
