Role & responsibilities

Conduct
training on soft skills, communication, GD/PI, and corporate readiness
.
Design and deliver
workshops, mock interviews, and aptitude training
.
Guide students on
resume building, presentation skills, and professional etiquette
.
Assess students
strengths and development areas
through interactive sessions.
Collaborate with
placement cells and recruiters
to align training with industry expectations.
Use
LMS and digital tools
for training delivery and progress tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s degree
in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
2+ years
of experience in corporate training or campus training.
Strong expertise in
GD/PI training, communication skills, and personality development
.
Excellent
presentation, coaching, and mentoring
skills.
Familiarity with
LMS, digital learning tools, and assessment techniques
.
