Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced home cook with expertise in both North and South Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals for a household, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and occasionally planning special meals for guests or occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) based on family preferences and dietary needs
• Cook a wide variety of North and South Indian dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian if required)
• Plan weekly menus in consultation with the family
• Shop for fresh ingredients or manage grocery inventory
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and utensils
• Store food properly and avoid wastage
• Maintain dietary restrictions or health-focused modifications when needed
• Occasionally prepare snacks, sweets, or festive meals
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain high culinary standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience cooking both North and South Indian cuisine
• Ability to manage time efficiently and cook meals on schedule
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Ability to adapt to family tastes and dietary restrictions
• Trustworthy, punctual, and professional
• (Preferred) Ability to communicate in Telugu, or English
