Contracts Manager - SCM Projects & Development

As a Procurement Specialist focusing on Revenue Contracts and Services within the designated discipline, your main responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end procurement process while ensuring that the contracts are acquired within the targeted cost, quality, and time constraints. This role will require you to actively participate in category management initiatives as directed by the Contract Lead. Your daily tasks will include sourcing processes, conducting internal cost estimations, analyzing bids, and negotiating contracts to secure the best deals for the organization. You will also be responsible for preparing proposal award notes, coordinating approvals, and managing contract amendment processes as needed. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing contract strategies, fostering vendor relationships, and implementing business transformation initiatives. It will be your responsibility to finalize the scope of work for newly awarded contracts and handle any post-award contract management issues that may arise. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in Construction, Operation, or Maintenance, particularly in Manufacturing or Exploration sites, as this experience will be advantageous. A B.Tech degree is necessary for this position, and having an MBA or similar professional qualification is considered optional but beneficial. Ideally, you should have between 9 to 12 years of relevant experience in the field to effectively carry out the duties and responsibilities associated with this role.
