Role Summary:

Knowledge Services - Content Editor

Responsibilities:

  • Edit the content of documents to ensure they are consistent with the clients Way standards and in accordance with the clients Style Guide
  • Proof-read documents to ensure correct grammar, syntax and formatting
  • Provide paraphrasing suggestions to help improve the impact of business messages within the documents
  • Setup processes to maintain editorial consistency and continuity across multiple firm content developed across projects, practices and other functions
  • Work with focus in a dynamic environment while also ensuring to meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and manage potential disruptions and issues encountered during the execution of an editing project through effective decision making
  • Role will also involve researching the latest editing and proofreading trends/technologies used in practice and sharing the knowledge you acquire with other members of the team

Education and Experience:

  • We are seeking energetic and dynamic individuals with a demonstrated track record in the editorial field. This person will have to support multiple clients practice areas and project teams.
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant (editorial) work experience
  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in English literature, Mass Communication, Journalism or other relevant streams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and often unstructured environment
  • Detail-oriented individual with an aptitude for quality control
  • Professional services/multi-national experience a plus

Shift Timing:

  • Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (in IST) –

(7 am to 4 pm / 1 pm to 10 pm / 7 pm to 4 am / 10:30 pm to 7:30 am)

  • Willing to

    work from the office

    and maintain flexibility in work hours to meet business needs.
