Onboard, and nurture creators, driving their growth through targeted strategies in key segments.Analyse success using data-driven metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Collaborate with editors to amplify best-in-class content across various channels.Serve as an evangelist for our creator ecosystem and clients content offerings.
Direct experience working with creators, particularly in the regional content space.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional Indian languages are a plus).High affinity for data analysis and the ability to translate insights into action.Excellent organisational and time management skills.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing or a related field which requires extensive relationship management
