Content Strategist (Social Media & AI-Powered Content)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Specialist who can develop powerful content concepts and social media creatives for brands across platforms. You should have a strong command of the English language, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to ideate, script, and collaborate on content that builds brand presence and engagement.

You’ll also be expected to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Grok, and others to assist in ideation, scripting, and content scaling—so comfort and experience with prompt writing is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and create content that brands would love for brand campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling formats tailored to each brand’s tone and audience.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok) to draft content, explore creative angles, generate campaign ideas, and optimise writing workflows.
• Write compelling copy: captions, ad scripts, video descriptions, brand messages, and more.
• Stay updated with the latest digital and AI trends to bring innovation into content planning and execution.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media strategy.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Familiarity and comfort with AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.
• Ability to write strong prompts and refine AI-generated content for tone, accuracy, and creativity.
• Portfolio or samples showcasing previous social media or campaign work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
