Creative Marketing Lead

Role Description:

• Developing creative campaign ideas across social media, paid ads and influencer content
• Conceptualizing Reels and video ads (you don’t have to shoot them, but you should be great at scripting and storyboarding)
• Collaborating with influencers and creators to generate UGC
• Analyze ad performance & suggest new directions (with support from our paid ads team)
• Shaping our brand voice and storytelling direction across platforms
• Bringing new energy and ideas to an emotional, feminine and luxury-focused brand
• Work with freelancers (videographers, editors, etc.)

• You’ve worked with beauty, self-care or lifestyle brands
• You get what makes something convert without sounding salesy
• You're plugged into Reels/TikTok trends but know how to keep things on-brand
• You think in stories, moods and messages - not just “content”
• You're obsessed with fragrance, textures, rituals or the luxury world
• You're comfortable working in a startup environment where you're trusted to lead
• You have experience running and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
