Job Description

Role & responsibilities Reviewing content quality (text, images, etc.) to ensure it meets social media standards. Evaluating the teams performance and ensuring targets are met. Ensuring content quality is suitable for scientific and social media standards. Experience in social media management. Experience in team handling. Biotech background (if possible, but not mandatory). Experience in Social Media Management: Essential for the role. People Management or Team Handling Experience: Must have handled a team of 7 to 10 people. Biotech Background (Preferred): Ideal candidates are from life sciences/biotech background. Target-Oriented Approach: Should be capable of achieving targets through proper team management. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear communication and clarity of thoughts are critical. Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required. Technical Expertise (Preferred): Understanding of scientific content for better quality control. Content can be in various formats: Video,Audio,Images,Live Streaming Preferred candidate profile Biotech knowledge is highly valued but not mandatory. Focus on finding candidates with social media management and team handling skills. Minimum 5 years of experience required for eligibility.
