We're looking for content editors who are confident working with Al-generated drafts and know how to turn them into reader-friendly articles. In this role, you'll get to work on a variety of topics like pet care, home hacks, entertainment, cars, gaming, and more.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Content Editor at Klarecon, you'll play a key role in shaping and refining content before it goes live. Your day-to-day will include:

• Editing 18-20 Al-assisted, gallery-style articles per day (each with 10-20 slides)
• Identifying and rewriting unnatural or overly generic Al phrasing to create smooth, human-sounding copy.
• Ensuring every piece aligns with our writing and publishing guidelines.
• Working across a diverse range of topics, from entertainment to lifestyle to finance.
• Delivering content that is ready to publish with minimal to no feedback or corrections from our QA team.
• Providing constructive feedback to writers and helping them grow along the way.

We're looking for editors who:

• Have native-level English skills, both written and spoken.
• Are skilled at editing and rewriting to produce engaging and polished content.
• Feel comfortable using ChatGPT Premium and similar Al tools to speed up the workflow without ever cutting corners on quality.
• Can identify the typical "Al voice" and skillfully adjust it for a natural, human tone.
• Communicate reliably and take full ownership of their work.
• Are open to constructive feedback and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Bring a positive, growth-oriented mindset—it makes all the difference.

Candidates who meet the criteria will be asked to complete a short assignment. This helps us get a fair sense of your editing style and your ability to work with Al-generated drafts.

Work Setup

• Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM (Israel Time), including a 1-hour break, Monday to Saturday
• Location: Remote
• Bonus: Performance-based bonuses

Please Note

Since this is a full-time remote position, candidates must be available during our office hours and have access to a reliable computer, a stable internet connection, and a functioning webcam (for meetings).

Only those who can fully commit to these requirements will be considered.

Please note that while Al tools will help speed up the process, they are only the starting point.

The true value lies in your ability to refine Al-generated drafts through thoughtful prompting, careful editing, and delivering polished final versions that uphold our high-quality standards.
