As a key member of our marketing team at SkilloVilla, you will play a crucial role in becoming the guardian of the SkilloVilla brand voice. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our tone remains consistent, inspiring, and clear across all written materials. This includes conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to identify customer needs and develop original, impactful content for performance marketing ads, blogs, articles, and social media platforms. You will take ownership of our social media calendar, creating and scheduling compelling posts with influencers to spark conversations and build our community. Additionally, you will assist the marketing team in creating persuasive content for various campaigns and new initiatives. Leveraging AI tools responsibly to aid in content ideation and creation will be a part of your tasks, ensuring that all output is of high quality and aligns with our brand standards. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you proofread and edit all content meticulously to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and correctness. Furthermore, you will monitor and analyze content performance, utilizing key metrics to measure impact and recommend new content strategies. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in content creation or digital marketing, along with a compelling portfolio that showcases creativity and storytelling ability, accompanied by a solid understanding of SEO best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, an eye for grammar and detail, hands-on experience with AI content creation tools, and an analytical mindset for data-informed decisions are essential qualities we seek. The ability to work autonomously, juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field are also desired qualifications. Having a basic understanding of Data Analytics concepts and owning a social media account with a decent following would be advantageous.
