We are looking for an experienced and dynamic DevOps Lead to join our Innovation Team. As the successful candidate, you will have a critical role in creating, implementing, and maintaining Azure DevOps processes, best practices, and strategies. Your responsibilities will include deploying and building pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery, and leading our DevOps team towards operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing the deployment of solutions, including applications and infrastructure, while ensuring compliance with Global IT Enterprise Architectural standards. Designing, architecting, developing, deploying, and evolving CI and CD systems for our cloud applications will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will write Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry-standard tools and services, as well as application deployment automation using deployment and configuration tools. Maintaining up-to-date documentation over the lifecycle of solutions, providing support for deployed solutions, and possessing excellent knowledge of cloud concepts and technologies, especially Azure and Microsoft technologies, are crucial aspects of this role. You will work on building a continuous delivery process with CI/CD pipelines, incorporating version management, automation, and infrastructure as code. Embracing Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps to enhance efficiency, productivity, and teamwork is essential. You will define and track relevant product metrics and KPIs, ensure the scalability and reliability of the Azure DevOps environment, and enforce best practices for DevOps within the organization. Standardizing processes across development, testing, and production environments, automating deployment processes using tools like Octopus Deploy, and managing the full release process will also be part of your responsibilities.
