Consumer Product Manager

The ideal candidate possesses deep user empathy, a profound understanding of the dating ecosystem, and a relentless drive to craft user journeys that deliver exceptional user experience effortlessly. With 3-10 years of product management experience in consumer products, expertise in building consumer social or gaming products is highly desirable. A background in mobile-first product development, coupled with a deep understanding of user behavior, social dynamics, and community building, is essential. Strong analytical skills, coupled with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions, will be crucial in driving success in this role. You should have an exceptional ability to empathize with users, especially those different from yourself, and a track record of shipping successful products. Effective communication and collaboration skills are a must, as is the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Experience with A/B testing, user research methodologies, and product analytics tools is preferred. Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams is necessary.
