Roles and Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable construction vendors, contractors, and subcontractors. Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements (SLAs). Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle from qualification to performance review. Coordinate with the Project Management, Procurement, and Site Teams to align vendor capabilities with project requirements. Monitor and ensure vendor compliance with safety standards, legal norms, and quality benchmarks. Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, work orders, and vendor communication. Resolve vendor-related issues, delays, or disputes effectively. Analyze vendor performance data and implement continuous improvement strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and logistics processes. Key Skills Required: Construction Vendor Management Contract Negotiation & Management Vendor Sourcing & Evaluation Cost Control & Budgeting Procurement Strategy Compliance & Risk Management ERP / SAP / Procurement Tools (preferred) Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
