Job Description

Job Title: Concreting Supervisor Mivan Technology

Location:

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage concreting works at site, ensuring proper coordination with the formwork and reinforcement teams.
Monitor Mivan shuttering readiness before concrete pouring.
Check the grade, mix design, slump, and temperature of concrete as per specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, batching plant, and pump operators to ensure timely and continuous concrete flow.
Inspect surface finishing, curing process, and identify potential defects (honeycombs, segregation, etc.).
Maintain records of concrete quantity, manpower, and pouring timelines.
Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during concrete pumping and finishing.
Assist in quality checks and maintain communication with the QA/QC team.

Requirements:

3–5 years of site experience in high-rise residential construction, preferably with Mivan technology.
Strong understanding of concrete procedures, materials, curing, and finishing standards.
Knowledge of concrete equipment operation, safety, and troubleshooting.
Ability to handle site labor and ensure timely task completion.
Good communication and team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
