About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Computer Technician & Remote Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware/software issues and providing effective remote technical support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.

Provide remote technical support to clients and employees through phone, email, or remote-access tools.

Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, applications, and drivers.

Set up and maintain networks, printers, and other IT infrastructure.

Perform preventive maintenance and regular system health checks.

Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and functioning.

Document support requests, resolutions, and maintain asset inventory records.

Assist with IT onboarding for new employees (account creation, device setup, access rights).

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as a Computer Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, MS Office, antivirus solutions, and basic networking.

Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
