Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Operator/Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, managing data, and ensuring smooth operation of computer-related tasks. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong background in computer operations and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling calls to assist customers or clients.
• Operating computer systems to input and manage data.
• Managing databases and maintaining accurate records.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing information regarding services/products.
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th/Graduate with a Diploma in Computers.
• Preferably more than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Internet/MS Office.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range:

• ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
