Job Description:

Kisaan Eicher Tractors is looking for dynamic and motivated Field Officers to join our team in Shikohabad (Firozabad), Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Eicher Tractors to farmers and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and customer service.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and deliveries.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate/B.Tech/Polytechnic (Any field)
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in sales (preferably in agriculture or related industries).
• Freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary:

• ₹10,000 to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
