Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Computer Operator / Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day office tasks, handle email correspondence, coordinate with customers, and support the sales team in lead generation and quotation preparation. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking with attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:Monitor, read, and respond to company emails promptly and professionally. Organize daily office work and documentation systematically. Assign internal tasks based on customer emails and follow up on their completion. Prepare professional corporate offers and quotations for customers. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to support sales activities. Generate new business leads through platforms like IndiaMART and similar B2B portals. Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping. Coordinate with the sales and service teams for execution of assigned tasks. Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and customer queries. Provide administrative support as and when required.
