Product Portfolio: Osteon Life Science offers a diverse array of orthopaedic implants, including: Bone Plates and Screws : Various types of locking and non-locking plates Plates, nails, screws, pins, and wires for fracture fixation. Joint Prostheses: Radial head, knee, and hip joint replacements. Craniomaxillofacial Implants: Screws, plates, and mesh for facial bone reconstruction. Arthroscopy Implants: ACL screws, endo-buttons, and anchors for minimally invasive joint surgeries. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control Machinist at Osteon Life Science Private Limited in Ahmedabad. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as machine operation, machining, milling, quality control, and working with machinery. Qualifications: HAAS (3 and 5 Axis) and Hanwa Machines Machine Operation, Machining, and Milling skills Quality Control and Machinery skills Experience in operating CNC machines Knowledge of machining techniques and tooling Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Technical certification in CNC machining or related field Our company is committed to delivering high-quality, biocompatible medical devices to meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
