Job Title: Senior Application Engineer Role : Sr. ServiceNow Developer Essential Requirements (Must Have): At least 7 years relevant experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements in a Service Provider environment. Experience in utilizing & creating REST APIs within ServiceNow to connect to external tools. Intermediate to expert level experience in JavaScript Well versed in creating, configuring, and maintaining data sources, LDAP and transform maps. Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (current and verifiable). Be an experienced ServiceNow technical development consultant specializing in core platform functionality with ITSM. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-motivation with ability to work in a remote environment on either CST or EST time zones. Positive, collaborative working style with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional client service. Requirements The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds. A talent for identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams. A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies. Analytical thinker and able to communicate and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions. Creative, out of the box thinker. Flow designer experience.
