Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Compounding Supervisor located in Raipur. The Compounding Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the compounding department, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining high-quality standards. Key tasks include managing staff, coordinating with other departments, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing production processes, staff supervision, and coordinating with other departments
• Knowledge of safety regulations, industry standards, and quality control
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry is a plus
