Role Description

This is a Part-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role is located in Raipur, but some work from home is acceptable. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, meeting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. This role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and regular reporting of sales activities and progress.

Qualifications

Loyalty and Honesty is Must With Self belief.
Sales and Marketing skills
Client Relationship Management skills
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Self-motivation and Goal-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Previous experience in sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, Understanding Human Psychology.
