About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Commission Sales Associates to join our team and help us scale our presence across India. If you are someone who enjoys working independently, has a flair for sales, and is excited to grow with a fast-paced fashion startup — this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach potential wholesale and retail clients across your local market
2. Promote Dharika’s product line using provided pitch decks, catalogs, and sales material
3. Build strong client relationships and close orders
4. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders
5. Participate in weekly review meetings and contribute to monthly sales targets
6. Represent Dharika’s values and quality-driven approach to every customer

Who Can Apply

1. Freshers are welcome. No prior experience required — just passion, confidence, and communication skills
2. Must have basic understanding of retail/wholesale market dynamics (fashion/apparel preferred)
3. Students or freelancers looking to earn via a commission-based structure are encouraged to apply
4. Must be proactive and result-oriented with good interpersonal skills
5. You can be based anywhere in India — this role is open to all cities
