Brand: MagicBites.ai (QSR Startup) Menu Focus: Sandwich Rolls, Kebabs, and Modern Street Food About the Role:We’re on the lookout for a committed and agile Commis III to join our new-age QSR kitchen and front counter team. As a part of our startup environment, you won’t just be preparing delicious sandwich rolls — you’ll also manage the food counter, engage with customers, take orders, and ensure the counter is always clean and presentable. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, quick on their feet, and excited to be part of a growing food venture from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Assembly Prepare sandwich rolls, wraps, and accompaniments according to SOPs. Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped for fast assembly. Follow hygiene and portion control standards strictly. Counter Management & Order Handling Take customer orders efficiently and with a friendly attitude. Handle POS system and assist with billing if required. Ensure accurate order delivery and resolve customer queries when needed. Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times. Assist with regular cleaning schedules for the counter and prep areas. Follow food safety protocols as per company and FSSAI standards. Team Support & Agility Assist the kitchen or other counters when needed — this is a startup and everyone pitches in! Adapt quickly to changing shifts, menu items, or customer rush periods. Be proactive in refilling inventory, organizing supplies, and minimizing food waste. Who You Are Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a QSR, café, or casual dining outlet preferred. Passionate about food and service — willing to learn and grow with the brand. Physically fit and able to work on your feet for long hours. Team player, quick learner, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. Clean, punctual, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
