Commi Chef

1. Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping, peeling, and portioning, as directed by senior chefs, while ensuring cleanliness and precision.

2. Assist with food plating and presentation during service, ensuring that dishes are prepared and garnished according to the chef’s instructions.

3. Keep your workstation clean and organized, following all kitchen hygiene and safety protocols to prevent contamination and accidents.

4. Perform kitchen cleaning duties, including washing utensils and ensuring that all equipment is properly sanitized and stored.

5. Learn from senior chefs by observing their techniques and assisting in different sections of the kitchen as needed.

6. Be prepared to undertake additional tasks or follow special instructions as directed by senior chefs to support overall kitchen operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
