Job description We are currently seeking an Interior Designer/Architect Professional to join our team with good years of experience. As an Interior Design Professional, you are responsible for basic interior design assignments and working with the project team to assist overall effort of completing various project phases. RESPONSIBILITIES: Modifies and prepares production drawings during design development phase. Corrects and updates design documents. Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards. Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects. Builds models for client/project team review. Compiles data and performs elementary design computations. Required Skills Possess space planning skills and an interest in programming. Basic knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness. Basic knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color and materials to carryout design intent. Basic knowledge of building regulations and safety codes. Basic knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients. Proficiency in the basic technical skills of interior design including the following computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Architectural Desktop. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, and InDesign graphic software. Job Description Summary Jr. Officer / Officer [Commercial] – BIS The Junior Officer / Officer (Commercial) – BIS will support the commercial operations of the business by managing billing, vendor coordination, audits, and participation in business-related tenders. The role requires a strong understanding of documentation, vendor management, and financial processes to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients in line with contractual terms, along with all necessary supporting documents. The incumbent will also assist with collection support , payment reconciliation , and resolving any issues related to billing or collections. On the vendor side, the Officer will be responsible for collecting and processing vendor invoices as per agreed terms or approved conditions, ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers such as hotels and transport providers. The role involves coordinating with vendors to ensure service standards are met and supporting the development of reliable vendor networks for client services. In addition, the Officer will support the audit process by maintaining proper documentation and responding to audit requirements. The role also includes active participation in business-related tenders , contributing to the preparation and submission of commercial documentation. This position demands strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing both internal processes and external vendor relationships.
