Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically versatile Full Stack Developer who can not only contribute to end-to-end development but also play a critical role in pre-sales, solutioning, and client engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a solution- oriented mindset, strong technical acumen, and a knack for crafting cost-effective, scalable solutions for prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Collaborate with sales, business development, and leadership teams during pre-sales cycles. Understand client requirements and propose technological solutions aligned with business goals. Evaluate and recommend technology stacks considering scalability, cost, and time-to-market. Prepare high-level architecture diagrams, design recommendations, and PoCs (Proof of Concept) if needed. Create and present high-level effort estimations, project plans, and commercial proposals. Assist in drafting technical sections of RFPs, RFIs, and capability presentations. Full Stack Development: Build and maintain web applications across frontend and backend. Ensure quality, security, scalability, and performance of applications. Work across technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Angular,Node.js), Python, Java, .NET, etc. and databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Deploy and manage solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience. Proven experience in solutioning and pre-sales support roles. Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, microservices, APIs, and CI/CD. Ability to evaluate and justify technology choices based on business and technical constraints. Experience preparing cost estimations, proposals, and pricing models.
