Profile: Print n Pattern Designer Role: As a Print n Pattern Designer at our studio, your role will revolve around infusing artistic creativity into our designs, with a special emphasis on traditional and contemporary styles. We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and texture, who can ideate concepts and bring them to life as per the design specifications. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of creativity, a strong aesthetic sense, and a knack for producing unique designs. Your Key Responsibilities Would Be: - Generating pattern designs and brainstorming innovative concepts encompassing various styles such as Indian, Traditional, and contemporary for home furnishing products, textiles, and home accessories. - Sketching new motifs, developing diverse color variations of designs, and adapting different design styles. - Creating prints through both traditional hand painting techniques and digitalizing them on software like Photoshop/Illustrator. - Demonstrating continuous exploration of current and upcoming trends in the home and interiors sector related to print and pattern that align with our brand. - Crafting artworks to the highest technical standards by ensuring clear and original repeats, color separation, and effectively communicating all artworks to the production team in a coherent manner. - Ensuring that prints and patterns are not only innovative and inspirational but also resonate with our brand's aesthetic. The candidate must have an eye for incredible aesthetics, colour, character development and must be able to produce concepts and execute according to the design brief. Produce strong conceptual artwork using digital designs that are engaging, unique, and reflect a cohesive brand aesthetic. Highly creative with a real and powerful imagination skill will be suitable. Your Key Responsibilities Would Be: Combine hand-drawing and digital painting to create complete illustrations and digital wallpaper / art prints.
