Our range includes customized Wallpapers, Murals, Digital Artworks, Printed upholstery, and home accessories suitable for both residential and commercial spaces. Each of our designs is meticulously tailored to the smallest details, focusing on aesthetics, and is distinguished by thorough research, the appropriate design language, and an exceptional use of textures, patterns, and colors. Profile: Print n Pattern Designer Role: As a Print n Pattern Designer at our studio, your role will revolve around infusing artistic creativity into our designs, with a special emphasis on traditional and contemporary styles. We are seeking an individual with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and texture, who can ideate concepts and bring them to life as per the design specifications. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of creativity, a strong aesthetic sense, and a knack for producing unique designs. Your Key Responsibilities Would Be: - Generating pattern designs and brainstorming innovative concepts encompassing various styles such as Indian, Traditional, and contemporary for home furnishing products, textiles, and home accessories. - Sketching new motifs, developing diverse color variations of designs, and adapting different design styles. - Creating prints through both traditional hand painting techniques and digitalizing them on software like Photoshop/Illustrator. - Demonstrating continuous exploration of current and upcoming trends in the home and interiors sector related to print and pattern that align with our brand. - Crafting artworks to the highest technical standards by ensuring clear and original repeats, color separation, and effectively communicating all artworks to the production team in a coherent manner. - Ensuring that prints and patterns are not only innovative and inspirational but also resonate with our brand's aesthetic. Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. - Capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while managing multiple projects concurrently. - Prior experience in designing prints for home and lifestyle products. - Natural inclination towards collaboration and ability to work seamlessly in multidisciplinary teams. - Proficiency in prioritizing workflow to meet challenging deadlines consistently. - Willingness to experiment and introduce fresh ideas and concepts.
