Role & responsibilities

To Ensure Quality portfolio.
To focus on improving Collections in the area assigned individually and in a team.
To ensure adherence MOPP Norms.
To adhere to the BANKS processes and procedures.
To adhere to Audit requirement.
To Ensure Good Coordination between individuals in the Team in Particular and Branch in Particular.
To Ensure Effective Tracking Mechanism for Delinquent Customers
