Job Description

The job involves supervising assigned accounts to identify unresolved debts, following up with members on overdues, researching and implementing effective collection techniques, and responding to member account queries promptly and professionally. The role requires target orientation and skills such as oral and written communication, problem-solving, negotiation, time management, computer proficiency, and being target-oriented. The position reports to the Branch Manager or Regional Manager. The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate or graduate degree from a renowned university and at least one year of experience as a Collection Executive. The compensation offered includes a salary as per industry standards along with incentives and travel allowance benefits.
