Coldfusion Developer

You are a skilled and proactive ColdFusion Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience, who will be joining our development team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, test, and maintain ColdFusion-based web applications. This includes working on enhancements, bug fixes, and performance tuning of existing applications. It is essential that you write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using ColdFusion (CFML) and also develop and consume APIs (REST/SOAP) for integration with external systems. Collaboration with front-end developers and other stakeholders is crucial to deliver seamless user experiences. Furthermore, ensuring application security, data integrity, and proper error handling will be part of your tasks. You will participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. To excel in this role, you should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ColdFusion (Adobe ColdFusion) along with a strong understanding of CFML, SQL, and web application architecture. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end integration is required, as well as knowledge of MS SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL. Familiarity with version control tools (Git), basic understanding of application security, error logging, and performance optimization are necessary. Your ability to write modular and reusable code, along with excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, will be key to your success in this role.
