Job Expectations:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in writing, reading and speaking English & Hindi
Proficient in using computers and MS Office
Able to type 30 words per minute in the preferred language
Fair knowledge of navigation on Google Maps and Geography
Able to work in different shifts depending on business requirements
Good in applying theoretical knowledge into practice and make sound decisions based on predefined policies
Follow all compliance and security measures related to client data
Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented
Meet client metrics & related issues on time with highest quality, stay up to date with the process knowledge/changes. Refer to knowledge updates/repositories to effectively process transactions.
Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the daily/monthly/annual quality & productivity targets.

Moderate the content and ensure the required accuracy is maintained.
Complete the given assignments within the defined SLA/TAT
Work and understand metrics to manage performance independently
Make the correct decisions to ensure accurate information is updated on the front-end.
Focus on achieving 100% user satisfaction and ensure zero client escalations.

Skills Required:

Excellent command over communication skills and strong command over the local language/ language off support in the region (English & Hindi)
Excellent customer service skills.
Willing to work in a shift based work schedule
Sound judgment while moderating the content
Effectively communicate his/her thoughts in a well-organized manner

Should be on par with CEFR C1 quality in English, and be fluent in conversant + written English/Arabic
