We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to manage and support the flow of building materials for construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, site teams, and internal departments to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and documentation of all construction materials. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with procurement and site teams to plan and track material requirements. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of building materials. Maintain and update material delivery schedules and inventory records. Verify material quality and quantity as per BOQ/specifications during receipt. Prepare and maintain documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), delivery challans, and stock registers. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials at site/stores. Support site engineers and project managers with material availability updates. Assist in managing returns, rejections, and replacements of faulty or excess material. Generate daily/weekly material reports and highlight shortages or delays. Follow up on indents, purchase orders, and delivery notes. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
