Co Founder with Investment

You will be joining IgniteOne - The Limitless Leap as a Co-Founder with Investment on a full-time hybrid basis, located in Mumbai with the possibility of some work from home. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include strategizing and leading marketing and sales initiatives, conducting research, analyzing data to drive business growth, liaising with stakeholders, fostering team communication, and providing overall leadership to ensure the company's mission and vision are successfully achieved. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in sales and marketing, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in analytical skills and research, and the capacity to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work setting. Additionally, proven leadership experience, emotional intelligence, and previous exposure to startups or leadership development would be advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or a related field is preferred.,
