Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using VisionPLUS on Mainframe (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2) . Customize and support VisionPLUS modules such as: CMS (Credit Management System) FAS (Financial Authorization System) FMS (Fraud Management System) Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Perform impact analysis, coding, unit testing, and deployment in agile environments. Work closely with business analysts, QA, and support teams to ensure delivery excellence.
