Job Description

CMA-qualified fresher

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in
product costing, variance analysis
, and
cost control
activities
Support preparation of
monthly MIS reports
, cost sheets, and management dashboards
Help in preparing
annual budgets
, forecasts, and financial planning reports
Work closely with the procurement and production teams to monitor cost drivers
Maintain and analyze data for cost audits and internal controls
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and standards
Assist in
internal audit processes
and help in identifying process improvements
Reconcile cost accounts with financial accounts on a periodic basis
Prepare and maintain reports related to
inventory valuation and consumption analysis
Coordinate with various departments to gather and validate financial data

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of
cost accounting, standard costing
, and
budgeting concepts
Good command of
Excel, Tally, and ERP software
(SAP preferred)
Ability to analyze financial data and present insights clearly
Knowledge of
Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS)
and
GST
(basic level)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Educational Qualification:

CMA Qualified
(Institute of Cost Accountants of India)
Candidates who have completed
CMA Inter
with experience may also be considered
