Cluster Manager - Stock Broking & Investment Products Partner Alliances- Franchisee, IFAs 1) Achieve given AUM and Revenue targets 2) Responsible for mentoring, monitoring and driving the cluster sales team to achieve the sales numbers through Partner Alliances- IFA, Franchisee, Remisier Channel. Engage with Partner Alliances - IFA, Franchisee, Remisier Channel, influence them to sell MF, PMS, PE, AIF, Unlisted Shares, Equity Advisory Products, Direct Equity and Bonds. Conduct seminars for the Franchisees and their clients on different products. Maintain relationships with the existing network of Partners - Franchisees, IFAs. 3) Maintain relationships with the existing network of Partners Allainces - IFAs, Remisiers and Franchisees. 4) Recruit potential new Franchisees and IFAs. 5) Manage, recruit and drive the regional sales team for meeting efforts and performance targets. 6) Ensure highest servicing standard for Franchisees & IFAs in the areas of sales support, query resolution, product training and client seminars 7) Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Bond, Fixed Deposit etc with the help of products & training team. Candidate Profile Team Management, Experience in Handling Partnership Alliance Channel - IFA, Franchisee,Knowledge of Equity/ Stocks/ Shares, Knowledge of Investments products - Mutual Funds, PMS, Stock Broking, Corporate FD, Portfolio Management Services 1) 5+ Years in sales of investment products (Mutual Funds, PMS, Broking) through IFA & Franchisee channel. 2) Team handling experience: Needed 3) Domain Knowledge: Understanding of market pulse, trade knowledge, understanding of the indirect channel 4) IT Skills: MS Office and Business Intelligence Applications Location-Mumbai,Chennai,Kolkata,Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Ahmedabad,Pune,Lucknow,Indore,Surat,Kochi,Coimbatore,Thane,Navi Mumbai,Delhi, Telangana, Vadodra, Trivendrum
