Interested Candidates Please share your updated Resume to : Suneetha.d@truglobal.com Contact Number: 9513059942 ---Suneetha Datacenter Migration Planning the migration Server + VDI migration Lead / Manage exp in AWS Datacenter Migration - Hands-on Technical & Advisory 200+ server migration Key Responsibilities: Migration Strategy & Planning Lead discovery and assessment of on-premises infrastructure for migration readiness. Design and document AWS-based migration plans for servers, SQL databases, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Engage with business and IT stakeholders to define scope, success criteria, and cutover strategies. Server Migration Execute physical and virtual server migrations using tools like AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), or VM Import/Export. Ensure OS compatibility, security, and configuration management post-migration. Support lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and refactoring initiatives. SQL Database Migration Migrate on-prem SQL Server workloads to Amazon RDS or Amazon EC2-based SQL environments. Optimize database performance, manage schema conversion using AWS DMS, Schema Conversion Tool (SCT). Implement backup, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions. VDI Migration Design and migrate VDI environments to Amazon WorkSpaces, AppStream 2.0, or hybrid solutions. Assess desktop performance, application compatibility, and user profile persistence. Ensure secure access, identity integration, and end-user testing. Cloud Architecture & Best Practices Ensure all AWS deployments follow Well-Architected Framework, cost optimization, and security best practices. Automate migration tasks where applicable using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible. Monitor post-migration health, performance, and SLA adherence.
