Job Description

As an Azure Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer on the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) team at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Your hands-on contribution will involve leveraging Azure services, Infrastructure as Code, and automation tools to enhance our data platform's scalability and security. You will find yourself in a supportive team culture that promotes innovation, learning, and collaboration while tackling exciting challenges in cloud technologies and data management. You have:

A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in Azure Infrastructure and DevOps engineering

Proficient in Azure services (VMs, Azure Functions, App Services, VNets, NSGs, etc.)

Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)

Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience with hybrid cloud and on-prem integration

Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)

Experience with automation tools like Ansible or Chef

Background in software development or DevOps culture implementation

Design and implement secure and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure to support data services across the organization.

Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.

Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions to streamline software delivery.

Monitor and optimize cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to improve efficiency.

Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Manage Azure Active Directory and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) for security compliance.

Lead cost optimization initiatives for Azure resources to ensure effective resource governance.
