Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• 20+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure architecture, operations, engineering, and solution consulting across large-scale, global enterprises.
• Demonstrated leadership in infrastructure transformation initiatives, including data center modernization, hybrid cloud strategy, and IT operations automation.
• Deep technical expertise spanning:
• Compute & Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, bare-metal, container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Cloud & Hybrid Architectures: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud ecosystems, including governance, security, cost optimization, and multi-cloud operations.
• Network & Security: Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto), and security frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS).
• Storage, Backup & DR: SAN/NAS storage (NetApp, Dell EMC), enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault), and DR design.
• Automation & IaC: Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and integration into CI/CD pipelines using GitOps principles.
• Monitoring & Observability: Experience with building integrated observability platforms using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and enterprise-grade tools like Datadog or AppDynamics.
• Proven track record in presales architecture and customer-facing solution design, including responding to RFPs, conducting PoCs, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems including ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), CMDB, asset lifecycle, and infrastructure governance frameworks.
• Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to mentor teams, build capability centers, and drive strategic alignment between business and IT.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with experience interfacing at CxO and enterprise architect levels.

Preferred Certifications:

• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect).
• ITIL, TOGAF, or similar framework certifications
